I'm a stang enthusiast for as long as I can remember. I have always had muscle cars ever since I could afford them. My first was a 95 GT convertible, the last year of the 5.0. The car never stayed stock for long, dart heads ported, intake, exaust, spray, etc, anyway the fastest time in the quarter was 10.90s @ 128mph, not bad for a daily driver. The second was a 2001 Z06 (always wanted to have a vette). This one I kepted bone stock. I bought it from an older gentleman in Georgia for $30,000. The car was BRAND NEW with only 2850 miles and then I sold it 2 years later for $35,000 with 6500 miles (not a bad transaction considering the car should have depreciated). After that the diesels were in and I went ahead and bought a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 cummins diesel 4x4 king cab. Jacked it up with some 22s and nitto terra grapplers, intake, exaust, injectors, bigger turbo, bully dog programmer and a $7500 tranny. It ran pretty good for a big heavy truck and would give my buddy's stock shelby a run for it's money. And for the latest toy is my 2006 saleen. Haven't done much to this one except injectors, intake, no cats, smaller pulley on the blower and a programmer. According to JDM Engineering form New Jercey, the car should have 650 hp to the flywheel but I don't know for sure as I've never taken it to a dyno but it sure feels very strong specially on a cold night. Well I think I've said enough, hope to meet alot good fun people here and do some road trips, my car has been locked up long enough.
